Land Allotment Process

Step 1: Application

  • Submit application on Shilpa Sathi portal
  • Specify land requirement (area, location)
  • Upload project details

Step 2: Evaluation

  • Project viability assessment
  • Financial capability check
  • Employment potential evaluation

Step 3: Allotment

  • Land allotment order issued
  • Payment of land cost (installments allowed)
  • Possession handed over

Step 4: Development

  • Factory construction as per approved plan
