How to Participate in Tenders

Eligibility Criteria

Tender Process

  1. Download Tender Document: From WBIDC website or collect from office
  2. Site Visit: If applicable, visit the site as per schedule
  3. Prepare Bid: Technical and financial bids as per requirements
  4. Submit: Before closing date and time (no late submissions accepted)
  5. Opening: Attend bid opening (if permitted)
  6. Evaluation: WBIDC will evaluate as per criteria
  7. Award: Work order issued to selected bidder

Submission Guidelines

  • Mode: As specified in tender (physical/online)
  • Sealed Cover: Clearly marked with tender number
  • Two-Bid System: Technical and Financial bids in separate envelopes
  • No Overwriting: Corrections should be properly attested
  • All Pages Signed: Every page of tender document
